Description
Most of us have a sense of what to do to create health and vitality in the body. Eat healthy things. Drink water. Move the body. This 4-session series will not spend time naming what you already know to do. This series will empower you to define and create your specific vision of health and vitality and put together an action plan to get you there. But the real special sauce will come from training the emotional alignment and motivation to get yourself to execute the plan!
