Pack your lunch and join the Nashville IMS Community on Sunday, September 8th for a Lake Day Picnic! 

• Bring a lunch!

• Bring the fam!

• Bring anything you’ll need if you’d like to get in the water! (Think: swimsuit, sunscreen, water shoes, towel, pool float, etc.) 

• Come enjoy a picnic by the lake!

We plan to find a nice spot for an inner training after lunch; please bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on. Camping chairs are also welcome.
