In 2017, Sandra found herself at a crossroads—going through a divorce, without a place to call home, and uncertain about what the future would hold. Her spiritual life felt disconnected, and while she deeply desired to grow into a better version of herself, she didn’t yet know how to get there.

When a friend invited her to an IMS class, Sandra agreed to attend a few sessions. Though she wasn’t sure how it aligned with her beliefs, the practical tools stuck with her. Over time, she came to realize that IMS was exactly what she could leverage to create the life she truly wanted. By leaning in and consistently applying what she learned, her life began to transform. Her spiritual connection deepened, her relationships became more loving and authentic, and she discovered how to transform past struggles into sources of empowerment and freedom.

Inspired by her transformation, it became evident she must share the IMS program with others by becoming a certified IMS Trainer.  Today, Sandra lives with confidence, joy, and purpose and she’s making an impact on the world around her. Her deepest desire is to support others to create empowered, fulfilling lives of their own.

Having been in healthcare operations for over 30 years, her specialty is helping anyone in the industry navigate the specific challenges that come along with the space, from administration to direct patient care.
